House Bill 255 - 135th General Assembly

To amend sections 503.40, 503.41, 503.42, 503.43, 503.44, 503.47, 503.48, 503.49, 503.50, 4731.15, 4731.41, and 5502.01; to enact sections 503.411 and 5502.75; and to repeal sections 503.45 and 503.46 of the Revised Code to make changes to the laws governing massage establishments and to establish a nontherapeutic massage registration and to amend the version of section 503.41 of the Revised Code scheduled to take effect on December 29, 2023, to continue the change on and after that date.
