COLUMBUS—The House Energy and Natural Resources Committee today passed House Bill 264, which will expand the type of facilities that are eligible for the Renewable Energy Tax Credit in the State of Ohio, announced State Rep. Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County).

COLUMBUS—The Ohio House of Representatives yesterday passed House Bill 141, legislation to place cost-sharing requirement restrictions on occupational therapy, physical therapy, and chiropractor services. The measure is sponsored by State Reps. Jeff LaRe (R-Violet Twp.) and Monica Robb Blasdel (R-Columbiana County). 

COLUMBUS—State Reps. Roy Klopfenstein (R-Haviland) and Angie King (R-Celina) today introduced a resolution that condemns the People’s Republic of China for its role in the global drug trade.

COLUMBUS—The Ohio House of Representatives today passed House Bill 268, legislation to designate a portion of State Route 32 as the Richard "Dick" Mallon Memorial Highway, announced State Rep. Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland).

COLUMBUS –The Ohio House of Representatives today passed House Bill 269, which will Designate Sgt. Bradley J. Harper USMC Memorial Highway, announced bill sponsor, State Rep. Adam Holmes (R-Nashport).

COLUMBUS –The House Criminal Justice Committee today passed House Bill 258, legislation that will address the issue of selling tobacco and vaping products to minors, announced State Representative Sara Carruthers (R-Hamilton).

COLUMBUS—The House Primary and Secondary Education Committee today passed House Bill 70, legislation that will require Ohio schools to adopt policies regarding the administration of over-the-counter medications, announced bill sponsors, State Reps. Jennifer Gross (R-West Chester) and Sarah Fowler Arthur (R-Ashtabula).

COLUMBUS—State Reps. Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County) and Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) are pleased to announce that House Bill 283, legislation to add a judge to the Adams County common pleas court, today passed out of the House Civil Justice Committee.
