COLUMBUS –The House Transportation Committee today passed House Bill 487, legislation to designate TSgt. Grover Lee Swearingen Memorial Highway, announced bill sponsor, State Rep. Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County).

Schwenk Memorial Highway,” announced State Representatives Jamie Callender (R-Concord) and Daniel Troy (D-Wickliffe).
