COLUMBUS—State Rep. Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) today issued the following statement on the recent passing of former Speaker Jo Ann Davidson:

COLUMBUS- State Representative Bill Roemer (R-Richfield) presented a commendation to Norton High School Athletic Director Travis Dobbins, congratulating him on his accomplishment of winning the prestigious Bruce Brown Award of Excellence.

COLUMBUS-State Rep. Bob Peterson (R-Sabina) today announced that the Highland County Land Reutilization Corporation will receive $129,628 to assess the East Monroe Tank Farm. The funds were awarded through the Ohio Brownfield Remediation Program.

COLUMBUS – The annual meeting of the Great Lakes Commission concluded in New York today, announced State Representative and Great Lakes Commissioner Jamie Callender (R-Concord). 

COLUMBUS-State Rep. Bill Roemer (R-Richfield), in conjunction with State Senator Kristina Roegner, today announced that the Village of Boston Heights received $885,000 for the abatement and demolition project of the deteriorated Norwood Inn on Dean Memorial Parkway. 

COLUMBUS—State Rep. Scott Oelslager (R-North Canton) today held a press conference on soon-to-be introduced legislation to provide Ohio voters the opportunity to renew the State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP), which provides funding for local, critical infrastructure projects throughout Ohio. 

COLUMBUS- State Rep. Bill Roemer (R-Richfield) met with the Boston Heights Council to discuss the $75,000 awarded to Matthews Thomas Park through Substitute House Bill 2, in conjunction with State Senator Roegner, the state's two-year construction budget for capital projects across Ohio.
