Pizzulli Announces $6.4 Million Investment in Adams County

COLUMBUS –The Ohio House of Representatives recently passed House Bill 230, the Saving Ohio Communities Act, announced State Rep. Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County). The legislation is sponsored by State Reps. Cindy Abrams (R-Harrison) and D.J. Swearingen (R-Huron).

 
 

COLUMBUS—State Representatives Tim Barhorst (R-Ft. Loramie) and Brian Stewart (R-Ashville) held a press conference to introduce House Bill 505, known as the Community Pharmacy Protection Act. The legislation will address pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) practices and the current state of prescription drug access in Ohio.
