(COLUMBUS, Ohio) – State Representative Tracy Richardson (R-Marysville) and some members of the House Veterans and Military Development Committee took a tour of the Joint Systems Manufacturing Center – also known as the Lima Army Tank Plant – in Lima, Ohio. Richardson and members of the committee were joined by Speaker Matt Huffman (R-Lima) for the tour and committee meeting.
