Ohio House Passes Legislation to Allow Schools to Stock Epinephrine

State Representatives Mike Duffey (R-Worthington) and Terry Johnson (R-McDermott) have announced that the Ohio House passed House Bill 296, legislation that strives to better prepare schools to treat severe allergic reactions among students.


The Ohio House today passed House Bill 203, which reforms some of the state’s gun laws, by a bipartisan vote of 62-27.

Ohio House Speaker Pro Tempore Matt Huffman (R-Lima) announced that in an effort to rein in federal government spending, the Ohio House of Representatives passed Senate Joint Resolution 5 during session today. The legislation was introduced by Senate President Keith Faber (R-Celina) in the Senate and it is similar to House Joint Resolution 7, which Rep. Huffman championed in the House.
