Young Applauds $25K Grant to Local Manufacturing Business
COLUMBUS – State Rep. Tom Young (R-Washington Twp.) today applauded the recent announcement of Electripack Inc. receiving a $25,000 JobsOhio Inclusion Grant.
Located in Miamisburg, Electripack Inc. is a female-owned manufacturer of wiring systems for large engines and robotics. The $25,000 grant will create four new jobs, generating an estimated $124,800 in annual payroll.
The company will also retain 24 existing jobs at its 30,000-square-foot headquarters at Austin Business Park.
“It’s exciting to see a local business expand and employ more of the hardworking people in our region,” said Young. “Projects like this will help our state recover and drive economic growth.”
The JobsOhio Inclusion Grant program provides financial support for eligible projects in designated distressed communities and for businesses owned by underrepresented populations across the state.
