Claggett Appointed as Chair of Technology, Innovation Committee

COLUMBUS – State Representative Thad Claggett (R-Licking County) has been appointed by Ohio House Speaker Matt Huffman (R-Lima) as Chair of the House Technology and Innovation Committee for the 136th General Assembly. 

“I’m honored Speaker Huffman has asked me to lead this committee,” said Claggett. “Ohio, and Licking County in particular, has become the technological center of the Midwest, and our committee has very important work to do in order to foster innovation while also protecting constitutional liberties.”

Click will also serve on the House Commerce and Labor, Government Oversight, and Personal Insurance and Pensions committees.
