COLUMBUS – State Rep. Terrence Upchurch (D-Cleveland) Monday announced that the Controlling Board has approved over $1.9M in funding for several capital budget projects.
“I love to see funds given to well-deserved projects and schools. I would not be able to do what I do without all the work from our projects in the district. I am truly grateful for their work,” said Rep. Upchurch.
The funding has been allocated for several capital budget projects, including:
- Cleveland State University: $1.4M
- Case Western Reserve University: $312K
- Lunch Owl Cleveland: $268K
The money allocated from the capital budget will enrich District 20 through building and equipment upgrades and other project enhancements.
