Fowler Arthur Welcomes Local Leadership Group to the Statehouse
COLUMBUS-State Representative Sarah Fowler Arthur (R-Ashtabula) welcomed members of LEADERship Ashtabula County to the Statehouse earlier this week.
The organization encourages and educates individuals to become more familiar with, interested in, and engaged in all facets of civic endeavor affecting county residents.
“Members of the LEADERship Ashtabula County program are our local business owners and community members who want to enhance their leadership skills and engage more with local issues and resources,” said Fowler Arthur. “I was glad to have the group in Columbus so they could learn how I and other statewide leaders can be strong resources for our community.”
“This is the first time we’ve been able to visit Columbus to meet with our state representatives since 2019. We felt so welcomed and our group learned so much about what is happening at the state level,” said LEADERship Executive Director Kelli Jones. “We appreciated this opportunity to create new connections and look forward to future visits to stay engaged.”
LEADERship Ashtabula County has been developing local leaders and helping the community grow since 1989. To learn more, visit www.leadershipac.org.
