COLUMBUS – Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has signed House Bill 497 into law, which introduces a series of updates that simplify processes, reduce costs, and enhance the effectiveness of local government services announced sponsors Representatives Roy Klopfenstein (R-Haviland) and Brian Stewart (R-Ashville).

COLUMBUS— Governor Mike DeWine signed House Bill 364, which promotes conservation initiatives and streamlines seed-sharing practices across the state into law, announced sponsors Representatives Roy Klopfenstein (R-Haviland) and Dave Dobos (R-Columbus). 

COLUMBUS – Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has signed Sub. House Bill 238 into law, announced bill sponsors State Representatives Sarah Fowler Arthur (R-Ashtabula) and State Representatives Roy Klopfenstein (R-Haviland).  Sub. House Bill 238 is the completion of the legislative Occupational Licensure Review for the State of Ohio.

COLUMBUS –State Representative Roy Klopfenstein (R-Haviland) announced that $350,000 will be coming to Putnam and Paulding Counties, as a result of Governor DeWine signing Senate Bill 54 into law January 2nd.

COLUMBUS –This week, the Ohio House of Representatives passed House Bill 430, which will modify procedures for filling county engineer vacancies, announced bill sponsors State Representatives Roy Klopfenstein (R-Haviland) and Elgin Rogers (D-Toledo).

The legislation seeks to aid counties in finding more qualified individuals to run for county engineer and establish new opportunities for counties that are unable to fill an engineer vacancy.

COLUMBUS—The Ohio House of Representatives passed Substitute House Bill 2 today, approving the state’s two-year construction budget for capital projects across Ohio. COLUMBUS—The Ohio House of Representatives today passed House Bill 364, legislation that exempts certain non-commercial seed-sharing activities from laws governing seed labeling, inspection, and advertising. The legislation is sponsored by State Reps. Dave Dobos (R-Columbus) and Roy Klopfenstein (R-Haviland).
