Rep. Humphrey announces start of open enrollment for healthcare coverage

Open enrollment period runs from Nov. 1 to Jan. 15

State Rep. Latyna M. Humphrey (D- Columbus) today announced the start of the open enrollment period for healthcare coverage through the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The open enrollment period will run from Nov. 1 to Jan. 15, 2022, with coverage beginning Jan. 1, 2022.

“It is critical for everyone in our community to have access to high quality, affordable healthcare,” said Rep. Humphrey. “Now is the time to take advantage of the new, low-cost coverage options available through the Affordable Care Act. Go to HealthCare.gov and sign up today.”

All US citizens or immigrants who are lawfully present in the U.S. are eligible to enroll in health coverage through the Marketplace.
