Rep. Kevin Miller Applauds Controlling Board Approval of Emergency Disaster Assistance

State Representative Kevin Miller (R-Newark) is pleased to share that the Ohio Controlling Board approved the request for an emergency funding plan to assist Ohioans impacted by the extreme storms and flooding in August.

The Ohio Controlling Board on Monday released $500,000 in emergency disaster assistance funding for Franklin, Morgan, Muskingum, and Perry Counties.

“After the devastating storms and flooding our communities experienced in August, this funding will provide critical financial support to my constituents as they work to recover and rebuild. I’m grateful to the Controlling Board for approving this assistance while additional resources are pending with the Federal government,” said Miller.
