Rep. Brownlee Invites Local Councilmembers to the 2026 State of the State Address

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Karen Brownlee (D-Symmes Twp) today announced that she invited Blue Ash Councilman Jim Friend and Springdale Councilwoman Amy Thompson to attend Governor DeWine’s 2026 State of the State Address. 

“I’m honored to share today’s events with two new council members from District 28,” said Rep. Brownlee. “Amy and Jim are shining examples of everyday Americans who stepped up to serve their local communities. Their belief in public service and the power of democracy is inspiring.”

Rep. Brownlee looks forward to furthering collaboration between the State and all of the local municipalities and townships in the 28th House District.
