Rep. Brent Laments 2nd Anniversary of the Dobbs Decision

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Juanita O. Brent (D-Cleveland) today released the following statement on the 2nd anniversary of the Dobbs decision.

“The Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision does not stop abortions; it stops safe abortions.” said Rep. Brent. “The Dobbs decision was a clear attack on access to healthcare. It is worsening maternal and infant health disparities and forcing more families across state lines to receive needed care. Ohio’s overwhelming passage of Issue 1 shows what the rest of the country already knows. We cannot leave our reproductive freedom with the people we know don’t care about our lives.”
