“Tuesday’s hearing underscores a simple truth: no one should be punished at school or at work for the way their hair naturally grows from their head” said Rep. Brent. “With 11 proponent testimonies and zero opponents, it’s clear the momentum is on the side of fairness and dignity. HB 415 is about students learning without fear, workers advancing on merit, and Ohio showing we are open, inclusive, and competitive.”
