Schmidt Issues a Statement on the Passing of Robert Lindner
COLUMBUS – State Representative Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) shares her condolences over the loss of Robert D. Lindner Sr., who passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022:
“I am truly saddened to hear of the passing of Robert D. Lindner Sr. His work building and developing United Dairy Farmers into the success it is today is just one testament to his talent and dedication to his work.
“Bob was a philanthropist who cared deeply about his community and never shied away from doing what he believed was right. He was a strong believer in good government and constitutional rights, and I thoroughly enjoyed the private seminars he hosted to teach people about the Constitution and the importance of local involvement. I was truly touched by his kindness and friendship over the years.
“As a veteran of WWII, Bob was a true embodiment of the principles and values of what it meant to be an American. Passing away at an amazing 101-years-old, Bob was an inspirational man who will be missed by many. I have comfort in knowing that he is with the Lord now, and my thoughts and prayers remain with his family during this difficult time. May God bless he and his family.”
