HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WCHS) - Legislation has been introduced in the Ohio General Assembly to create a Marshall University license plate in the Buckeye State.
Ohio Rep. Jason Stephens, who represents Jackson and Gallia counties and parts of Lawrence and Vinton counties, said there are thousands of residents in southern Ohio with ties to the university.
Stephens said there are many residents who either work at the university or attend classes there that live in Ohio.
