COLUMBUS—State Representative Gayle Manning (R-Avon) is pleased to announce the Ohio Controlling Board approved the release of a $373,331 Regional 166 Direct loan to support a project in Lorain County expected to facilitate business growth and employment.

State Representative Gayle Manning (R-Avon) today announced that nearly $20 million in grant funds have been awarded to 21 nonprofit organizations across the state through Ohio’s Parenting and Pregnancy Program, according to the Ohio Department of Children and Youth.

COLUMBUS—State Representative Gayle Manning (R-Avon) is pleased to announce the Ohio Controlling Board approved the release of nearly $2.4 million in funding to support two critical efforts at Lorain Community College.

House Bill 96 –the State Operating Budget. The budget plan, which allocates funding for state programs and operations for the next two years, includes provisions that aim to protect freedom, family and fiscal responsibility – approving property tax relief for Ohioans and providing increased state funding for Ohio’s school districts. 

COLUMBUS –Speaker Pro Tempore Gayle Manning (R-North Ridgeville) is pleased to announce that 2025 Safe Routes to Schools (SRTS) Grants were awarded to support two projects in Lorain County. 

State Representative Gayle Manning (R-North Ridgeville) today voted in support of House Bill 3 – the "School Bus Safety Act," which establishes new measures to enhance school bus safety, increase penalties for violations, provide grant funding for schools to apply for equipment specific to their school’s needs, and educate the public about school bus-related laws.
