Mullins Sworn in to Serve Ohio's 47th House District
COLUMBUS – State Representative Diane Mullins (R-Hamilton) took the oath of office Monday for her first term as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives. She represents the 47th House District, which encompasses a portion of Butler County.
“I am truly honored to advocate as a strong voice and look forward to serving the people of District 47!” said Mullins. “I won’t forget the people who sent me to Columbus to serve, and I look forward to working on legislation to make Ohio a better place to live, work, and raise a family. My responsibility is to listen to my constituents, understand their needs, and find ways to address them by crafting meaningful legislation. As a big-picture visionary, I am committed to bridging the gaps that exist in the political arena to deliver real solution.”
Prior to being elected, Mullins founded Deborah’s Voice, and serves as the copastor with her husband at the Calvary Christian Center in Hamilton. She is a proud wife, mother, and grandmother.
Mullins was sworn in during Monday’s session, which marked the beginning of the 136th General Assembly.
