Abrams Issues Statement on Passing of Former Speaker Jo Ann Davidson

COLUMBUS –State Rep. Cindy Abrams (R-Harrison) today issued the following statement on the passing of former Ohio House Speaker Jo Ann Davidson:

“I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Speaker Jo Ann Davidson. Speaker Davidson was a dear mentor and friend to me. As she did with so many other women, she empowered me to use my voice as I continue to serve my local community and state. I learned so much from Speaker Davidson. She led by example, carrying herself with compassion, grace, and strength, and I am confident her legacy will continue to touch the lives of many.

I extend my sincere condolences to Speaker Davidson’s family and friends.”
