Rep. Sweeney Receives the Values-in-Action Foundation Kindland Leadership Award
COLUMBUS – State Rep. Bride Rose Sweeney (D-Westlake) was presented with the Values-in-Action Foundation Kindland Leadership Award December 4, 2024 at the 3rd annual Kindland Legislative Breakfast.
“Kindness isn't just contagious—it has the power to catalyze transformative change by fostering healthier, happier, and more connected communities,” said Rep. Sweeney. “I’m humbled and honored to be recognized by the Values-in-Action Foundation as a Kindland Leader and proud to support their mission to create a kinder, more compassionate society.”
The Values-in-Action Foundation is a Cleveland-based non-profit organization that works to bring together communities, businesses, organizations, and schools by recognizing and sharing the importance of kindness. The Kindland movement relies on the power of the people to do, recognize, report, and share the acts of kindness in an effort to create communities with a unified sense of kindness, compassion, empathy and understanding.
