Roemer Joins CHC Addiction Services to Celebrate 50 Year Milestone
COLUMBUS- State Rep. Bill Roemer (R-Richfield) recently commended CHC Addiction Services at their gala for their 50th anniversary.
CHC Addiction Services’ mission is to treat, inspire, support, and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction. CHC provides individual, family, and group counseling, medically assisted treatment, residential treatment, and more.
“For the last 50 years, CHC Addiction Services has been dedicated to serving individuals and families in the Greater Akron community,” said Roemer. “The organization has made great strides to help Ohioans access comprehensive prevention, treatment, and recovery services for addictive and compulsive behaviors and disorders. CHC is important to the area’s overall health and wellbeing.”
Representative Roemer, who has been recognized by the organization for his contributions to the CHC mission, is proud to have built a strong relationship with CHC Addiction Services over the years. In the capital budget, Roemer secured $1.25 million in conjunction with Senator Roegner for the organization to build out a blighted property enhancing CHC services to the community.
