Representative Roemer Graduates from Public Leadership Academy

COLUMBUS – State Representative Bill Roemer (R-Richfield) announced today that he has graduated from the 2019 Ohio State University John Glenn College of Public Affairs Public Leadership Academy.

The Public Leadership Academy provides state and local elected and appointed officials the opportunity to advance and grow as public leaders. The one-week residential program invites a cohort of rising Ohio elected officials to develop their core leadership skills of communication, collaboration, analysis, problem-solving and decision-making in an elected legislative setting.

“I appreciated my time working and learning with my fellow lawmakers and civic leaders from across the State of Ohio,” Roemer stated. “As an elected official, I look forward to bringing newfound skills and insights from the seminar to my day-to-day work in the Statehouse.”

Roemer attended the workshop from July 14-19.
