Rep. Roemer Honored with Ohio Chamber of Commerce "Legislator of the Year" Award

COLUMBUS - State Representative Bill Roemer (R-Richfield) today announced the Ohio Chamber of Commerce named him Legislator of the Year for the House Majority Caucus, receiving recognition for his strong support for Ohio’s business community and his leadership on key economic policy initiatives.

As Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Rep. Roemer has worked closely with the Ohio Chamber of Commerce to advance legislation that strengthens Ohio’s business climate. His leadership has been especially impactful in the areas of property tax reform and municipal income tax compliance, where he has championed transparency, fairness, and modernization.
