Rep. Roemer Highlights Public Comment Period to End E-Check in Northeast Ohio

State Representative Bill Roemer (R-Richfield) is pleased to share that the public comment period to end E-Check in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, and Summit Counties is now open.
“For far too long, we in the seven counties of Northeast Ohio have been unfairly penalized,” said Roemer. “Now that we are in attainment for air quality, I am hopeful that the U.S. EPA will allow us to finally end this regulation.”
Individuals interested in providing their opinions can either submit their comments online here or attend the public hearing. Details of the public hearing are as follows:
