King Appointed as Chair of Local Government Committee

COLUMBUS – State Representative Angie King (R-Celina) has been appointed by Ohio House Speaker Matt Huffman (R-Lima) as Chair of the House Local Government Committee for the 136th General Assembly. 

“I am honored that Speaker Huffman has given me the opportunity to steer the House Local Government Committee, and to have the opportunity to serve in a role that directly affects our local community,” said King. “For over two decades, I served as an elected official. I am eager to once again collaborate with local leaders to ensure they have the support they need to succeed.”

King will also serve on the House Government Oversight, Health and Insurance committees.
