COLUMBUS – State Representatives Willis Blackshear (D- Dayton) and Andrea White (R-Kettering) have introduced the Neighborhood Protection Act, a bill designed to make it easier for interested parties to have the tools they need to effectively rebuild their communities.  

COLUMBUS – State Representative Andrea White (R-Kettering) Tuesday urged members of the Ohio House Transportation and Public Safety Committee to pass recently introduced legislation renaming portions of State Route 48 in Southern Montgomery County as the Sergeant Kevin J. Lannon Memorial Highway and the Sergeant Cameron H. Thomas Memorial Highway.

COLUMBUS –State Representatives Andrea White (R-Kettering) and Susan Manchester (R-Waynesfield) announced new legislation today that will allow prosecutors to directly pursue legal action against offenders who use drugs and addiction to compel their victims into prostitution (ORC 2907.21) or trafficking (ORC 2905.32). The bill expands the definition of “compel” under both statutes, to include “controlled substance” and “manipulation of a controlled substance addiction.”
