Enact Property Tax Relief / Local Government Support Act
Long Title +To amend sections 323.152, 323.153, 323.156, and 4503.06 of the Revised Code to reduce property taxes on qualifying owner-occupied homes to the extent that property taxes increase by more than 5% from the previous year and to name this act the Property Tax Relief and Local Government Support Act.
