Wiggam Appointed as Chair of State and Local Government Committee

Ohio House Speaker Bob Cupp (R-Lima) appointed State Rep. Scott Wiggam (R-Wayne County) as Chair of the House State and Local Government Committee for the 134th General Assembly. 

“Issues we are facing across this state are so prevalent to this committee and I am honored to serve as its Chairman for the next two years,” said Wiggam.

This is Wiggam’s second cycle serving as Chair of the State and Local Government Committee after previously serving during the last General Assembly. 

Wiggam will also serve on the House Energy and Natural Resources and Ways and Means Committees.
