State Rep. King Applauds Executive Order Allowing Use of Dyed Diesel Fuel

State Representative Angie King (R-Celina) is pleased to share that Governor DeWine signed an executive order on Wednesday, waiving penalties for the use of dyed diesel fuel on Ohio public highways.
This announcement follows the Ohio Legislature’s effort to provide Ohioans with relief at the pump through a 90-day Gas Tax Holiday and President Trump’s executive order to cut diesel costs by allowing the use of tax-free dyed diesel.
“This is tremendous news for Ohio’s farmers, trucking companies, and hardworking families across our state. With harvest season in full swing, this relief comes at a critical time for the industries that keep Ohio moving. This is yet another win for Ohioans, supporting the farmers who feed our families, the truckers who deliver our goods, and the businesses that drive our economy forward,” said King.
