Roemer Participates in CHC Ribbon Cutting

COLUMBUS—State Representative Bill Roemer (R-Richfield) recently participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new CHC Administrative Building in Akron, Ohio. Roemer has worked for 6 years to properly fund the CHC One Campus Initiative, and this marks the completion of the transformative project. 

Founded in 1974, CHC is an addiction treatment facility that works to treat and prevent substance use disorders through a wide range of services including treatment, recovery support, and prevention programs.

“I look forward to seeing how this facility continues to serve our communities and support those going through the recovery process,” said Roemer. 

In fiscal year 2023, CHC saw more than 5,400 patients and performed more than 32,000 services.
