Roemer Announces Tax Credit for Summit County Economic Development Project

COLUMBUS—State Rep. Bill Roemer (R-Richfield) is pleased to announce that Risk International Services, LLC was recently awarded tax credit funding that will expand economic development and job creation in Summit County.

The Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved a 1.515%, eight-year Job Creation Tax Credit for Risk International Services, LLC in Fairlawn. The funding is expected to create 45 full-time positions, retain 77 jobs, and generate more than $4.4 million in new annual payroll.

“The expansion of Risk International Services is a great asset to our community,” said Roemer. “Economic development partnerships between state and local governments are the key to Ohio’s continued job growth.” 

Risk International Services provides risk management, claims mitigations, loss prevention, claims recovery, and insurance archaeology services.
