Representatives Dever, Conditt Honor 2016 National Superintendent of the Year
State Representatives Jonathan Dever (R-Madeira) and Margy Conditt (R-Liberty Township) recently presented Dr. Thomas S. Tucker with an Ohio House resolution for being named the 2016 National Superintendent of the Year by the American Association of School Administrators.
Dr. Tucker currently serves as the superintendent of Princeton City School District, located in Hamilton County. With twenty-six years of experience in the field of education, serving in a variety of roles including teacher and principal, he has been able to successfully bring expertise, insight, and quality instruction to students around Ohio.
“Dr. Tucker is a national leader in public education and strong advocate for the Princeton community,” said Rep. Dever. “Having had the privilege to work with him on a number of issues, I cannot think of anyone more deserving of this honor. I am confident that through Dr. Tucker’s leadership, Princeton City Schools will continue to thrive.”
“Dr. Tucker is a testament to his profession and an outstanding role model for students and school faculty alike,” said Rep. Conditt. “We are proud to honor him with this resolution”.
Dr. Tucker was in attendance at House session this week to receive the resolution.
