Rep. Sprague Applauds Job Creation Tax Credit for IntelliHARTx in Findlay

State Representative Robert Sprague (R-Findlay) today applauded the Ohio Tax Credit Authority for approving a job creation tax credit for IntelliHARTx in Findlay.

The tax credit is projected to create 50 full-time positions and generate $1.7 million in additional annual payroll as a result of IntelliHARTx’s new location. The health care services business received a 45-percent, six-year credit worth $102,845.

“It’s great to see a business like IntelliHARTx choosing Findlay and bringing additional jobs to the area,” said Rep. Sprague. “With the creation of approximately 50 full-time positions, this decision will be very beneficial to the residents of Northwest Ohio.”

The Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved 10 projects across the state that will create or retain more than 1,000 jobs and result in $8.7 million in investments. The credits are worth an estimated total of $1.1 million.
