House Speaker, Legislators to Tour Company, Discuss New Law Impacting Auto Cycles

State Representative Niraj Antani (R-Miamisburg) today announced that he, along with Speaker of the Ohio House Clifford A. Rosenberger (R-Clarksville) and other legislators, will be participating in a tour and media availability at Polaris Industries in Wilmington. Following the tour, representatives from Polaris Industries and legislators will be available to media to further discuss the tour and mark the occasion of House Bill 429 going into effect. This legislation permits three-wheeled auto cycles to be driven by motorists who have a conventional driver's license. The law no longer requires obtaining a motorcycle endorsement to operate these vehicles.
