Ferguson Named Vice Chair of Financial Institutions Committee

COLUMBUS – Ohio House Speaker Bob Cupp (R-Lima) has announced that State Representative Ron Ferguson (R-Wintersville) will serve as the Vice Chairman of the Ohio House’s Financial Institutions Committee.

“I look forward to leading alongside Chairman Kris Jordan in the House’s Financial Institutions Committee this General Assembly,” said Ferguson. “This will be a great opportunity for me as a freshman member to understand the committee process and successfully execute my duties as a member of the other committees I will serve on.”

Ferguson will also serve as a member of the Economic & Workforce Development Committee and the Behavioral Health & Recovery Supports Committee.

“The Ohio House is a talented group of members with extensive experience, knowledge and a passion for public service,” said Cupp. “I look forward to a robust committee process that results in good public policy for Ohio.”
