STINZIANO RECEIVES DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI AWARD FROM GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY

WASHINGTON – State Rep. Michael Stinziano has received a 2013 Distinguished Alumni Award from George Washington University in Washington, D.C

Stinziano, a Columbus Democrat, earned a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in Managing State and Local Government from George Washington University’s Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration in 2004.

“I’m honored to receive this recognition,” Stinziano said. “The Trachtenberg School’s emphasis on multiple perspectives and practical knowledge helped prepare me and many others for careers in local, state, national and global policy.”

Stinziano   received the award during a program celebrating the 50^th anniversary of the Trachtenberg School on February 22.
