Richardson Speaks with Emerging Leaders During Budget Panel
COLUMBUS – State Representative Tracy Richardson (R-Marysville) spoke to the Leadership Ohio Class of 2024 Friday to discuss the state’s biennium operating budget and how organizations are funded.
Richardson was joined by Christina Frass, Assistant Director of the Office of Budget and Management and state Senator Hearcel Craig of Ohio’s Biennial and Capital Budget Panel. During the panel question and answer, Richardson provided insights into the budget process, the steps the legislation must follow to become enacted and how funding occurs.
She shared her commitment to fiscal accountability and her belief that hard-working taxpayers deserve fiscal responsibility. Richardson also described the value of collaborative work and identified some achievements while serving on the House Finance Committee.
