COLUMBUS – State Representative Tim Barhorst (R-Fort Loramie) today expressed his opposition to Governor DeWine’s decision to veto House Bill 68, more commonly referred to as the Save Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act and the Save Women’s Sports Act.

COLUMBUS, Ohio - State Representative Tim Barhorst (R-Fort Loramie) issued the following statement in response to Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Urbana) announcing his intentions to run for Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives:

COLUMBUS – State Representative Tim Barhorst (R-Fort Loramie) voted in support of the two-year state budget, House Bill 33, which supports tax reforms, county fairs, local airport improvements, and several other initiatives.

COLUMBUS –The House Insurance Committee today passed House Bill 49, sponsored by State Representatives Ron Ferguson (R-Wintersville) and Tim Barhorst (R-Fort Loramie), which will increase hospital price transparency and reduce the cost of healthcare in Ohio.

COLUMBUS – Ohio House Speaker Jason Stephens (R-Kitts Hill) appointed State Representative Tim Barhorst (R-Fort Loraime) to vice-chair the House Insurance Committee Tuesday.
