Patton Announces Funding for Local Infrastructure Projects
COLUMBUS – State Rep. Tom Patton (R-Strongsville) announced today that $7,793,774.85 will be awarded to multiple projects in Cuyahoga County that focus on infrastructure improvements to educational and park facilities.
“Ensuring that our students and community have first-rate facilities is a top priority,” Patton said. “These investments will not only elevate the quality of spaces across Tri-C campuses but also extend to our local parks, ensuring they remain vital hubs for learning opportunities and community engagement.”
The following projects are set to receive funds:
· Cleveland State University - $157,500
· Cuyahoga Community College - $2,901,658.28
· Cuyahoga County ADAMHS Board - $600,000
· Cahoon Memorial Park - $134,545
All of these projects are targeted for completion in 2024.
