Ohio House bill would legalize cannabis

State Reps. Jamie Callender, R-Concord Township, and Casey Weinstein, D-Hudson, recently introduced House Bill 168, which allows the cultivation, purchase and possession of cannabis by Ohioans over the age of 21.
