Riordan T. McClain News

COLUMBUS—State Representative Riordan McClain (R-Upper Sandusky) applauds SiteOhio, a program that rigorously evaluates and highlights Ohio locations prime for business development, for deeming Crawford County’s Crossroads Industrial Center as one of Ohio’s top business construction sites.

Located at 149 Holmes Court South in Bucyrus, the Crossroads Industrial Center is a 44.8 acre former agricultural area visible from U.S. Route 30 and adjacent to a four lane highway connecting I-71 and I-75. On top of the sites’ construction-ready features, it is also has access to a large regional labor force.

"Crossroads Industrial Park is ready for development and would be a great location for any business! I'm thankful for the assistance that the SiteOhio team has provided to locations like Crossroads to help position and promote their availability,” said McClain. “The authenticated site status is another tool to attract investment in a competitive market. I know that our district will benefit from this effort and there will certainly be more to come."
