Bill to Create the "Terrace Park" License Plate Introduced by Rep. Baker
COLUMBUS – State Rep. Rachel Baker (D-Cincinnati) this week introduced House Bill (HB) 287, which would create the Terrace Park License Plate. Twenty dollars of every license plate sold at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles would go directly to the Terrace Park Recreation Commission to offer scholarships to young athletes and maintain athletic facilities in the Village of Terrace Park.
“I am honored to carry forth this legislation that would have a direct, meaningful impact on the Terrace Park community,” said Rep. Baker. “The Terrace Park Recreation Commission works to ensure that every child in Terrace Park has access to sports and related activities, ultimately fostering happy and healthy lives.”
HB 287 now awaits further hearings in the House Homeland Security Committee.
