COLUMBUS– Today, Representative Michael J. Skindell (D-Lakewood) and Representative Tom Patton (R-Strongsville) announce the passage of House Concurrent Resolution 14 (HCR 14) to urge Congress to support the reauthorization of the Great Lakes Restorative Initiative (GLRI). This bipartisan resolution was overwhelmingly passed by both chambers of the state legislature.

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Michael J. Skindell (D-Lakewood) today joined the Cuyahoga County House and Senate Delegation, as well as Rep. Daniel P. Troy (D-Willowick) in Lake County and Rep. Joe Miller (D-Amherst) in Lorain County to urgently request Governor DeWine to issue a proclamation declaring a state of emergency across Cuyahoga, Lake, and Lorain Counties which were impacted by a severe weather system on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024. 

COLUMBUS - State Rep. Michael Skindell (D-Lakewood) today announced the passage of House Bill (HB) 2, the state's biennial state capital budget, in both the Ohio House of Representatives & Senate. The record-setting $6.2B investment makes appropriations for state-owned infrastructure, colleges, universities, and school districts as well as other community projects.
