Annual Department of Education and Workforce Report Card for District 5 Announced by Rep. Lawson-Rowe
COLUMBUS - State Rep. Meredith Lawson-Rowe (D-Reynoldsburg) today announced that the Department of Education and Workforce (DEW) has released 2024-2025 School Report Card data.
“I am pleased to announce that three of the four school districts that serve the students of House District 5 met or exceeded the state standards for primary and secondary education,” said Rep. Lawson-Rowe. “Students are learning in House District 5!”
Report cards are designed to give parents, communities, educators, and policymakers information about the performance of districts and schools — to celebrate achievement and success as well as identify areas for improvement. Schools are graded on a state report card using a 1–5 star rating system in the categories of achievement, progress, early literacy, gap closing, graduation and College, Career, Workforce, and Military Readiness (CCWMR).
