COLUMBUS — State Rep. Karen Brownlee (D-Symmes Twp) today announced that she was appointed as ranking member for the House Development Committee for the remainder of the 136th General Assembly. 

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Karen Brownlee (D-Symmes Twp) today announced the extension of the cosponsor request deadline for a resolution she plans to introduce in the Ohio House of Representatives urging the United States Department of Justice to release the full, unredacted files related to Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal enterprises. This resolution has the full support of the House Democratic Caucus, and no support from the House Republicans.

Access to affordable health insurance remains one of the largest barriers to good health for Ohio families and the economy. The Family Act (House Bill 438) ensures Ohio families and small business owners will not lose health insurance due to health or employment changes. This bill is a practical, people first approach to expanding access, lowering barriers to care, and ultimately lowering health care costs around the state.
