Representative Salvo Recognizes Olympic Medalist Hunter Armstrong

COLUMBUS—Rep. Jodi Salvo (R- Bolivar) presented a resolution from the Ohio House of Representatives to Olympic Gold Medalist Hunter Armstrong today during a recognition ceremony on the House floor. The Representative invited Hunter to be recognized for his great achievements in swimming for Team USA. 

“It’s an extreme privilege to present Hunter Armstrong, a multi-medalist Olympian from my district, who has made us all incredibly proud by representing Ohio on the world stage,” said Representative Salvo. “I’m honored to celebrate his remarkable achievements today and wish him all the best as he continues to inspire others and represent Ohio and the United States.” 

Hunter Armstrong is a two-time Olympian, three-time Olympic medalist in swimming. Hunter calls Dover, Ohio home and is a graduate of The Ohio State University. Hunter Armstrong was one of the 24 Ohioan athletes who competed in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
