More Economic Development Projects Approved in Butler County
COLUMBUS – Lithko Contracting, Pacific Manufacturing Ohio, Inc., and Schneider Electric USA, Inc. were recently awarded funding to support expansion efforts in Butler County, which will result in local economic development and job creation, announced State Rep. Jennifer Gross (R-West Chester).

Lithko Contracting, LLC, a full-service concrete contractor in West Chester, that specializes in pre-construction and project execution services for diverse sectors, including airports, distribution centers, healthcare, and industrial projects, will receive funding through the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA), creating 50 new full-time equivalent jobs, and generate $4.5 million in new payroll.
Pacific Manufacturing Ohio, Inc., based in Fairfield, supplies automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers specializing in manufacturing, stamping, valves, molding, and tire pressure monitoring system products., will receive funding through the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA), creating 96 new full-time equivalent jobs, and generate $4.7 million in new payroll.
Schneider Electric USA, LLC, located in Fairfield and Oxford, provides a comprehensive range of safe, reliable solutions for low-voltage electric distribution, including circuit breakers, buses, enclosures, and switchboards, tailored for industrial equipment manufacturers, life sciences, and chemical industries. They will receive funding through the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA), creating 250 new full-time equivalent jobs, and generate more than $15 million in new payroll.
